Butternut Woolens

The original Butternut Woolens Super Sock yarn is 100% superwash Falkland wool. I've added a superwash merino yarn which together with the Blue Faced Leicester gives you 3 options for sock yarns: 2 superwashes and 1 non-superwash. The Falkland yarn has a slight luster while the merino is more of a matte finish. Both superwash yarns are 3-ply, light sport weight and put up in 4 oz skeins of at least 330 yards. Many of the skeins are larger than this, but you assured of at least 4oz and 330 yds. Both of these beautiful yarns will give you machine washable garments. I recommend air drying to preserve the life of your creations, but if they do go through the dryer, then won't be ruined.
